ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN
1. HIGH SCHOOL OUTREACH PROGRAM
In partnership with one of our lecturers, a section of the members engaged in high school outreach at
Murang'a High School, Bethlehem Academy and Moi Girls' SchoolNairobi. Here focus wasonfinal year candidates were mentored, motivated and advised on a broad range of issues. See the gallery on our Facebook page.
2. MEETINGS
The chapter officials have engaged and continue to engage in meetings with various organisations and industry stakeholders, in a bid to enhance awareness, share the chapters plans and source for partners among others.

PETROSEMINAR
Our first Petroseminar will be taking place on Thursday, the 3rd November at BSSC room 12, from 0800 to 1700 hours. All petroleum engineering students are invited to come listen to leading industry professionals contribute on various topics on the current state of the oil and gas industry in Kenya. FRIENDLY FOOTBALL GAMES
Plans are under way to organise for friendly games between the petroleum department team and football teams of companies in the industry
